LRP12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,504 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARMCX2_T241, BICD2, and BPIFA1. Each is linked with LRP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP12-to-partner and partner-to-LRP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP12 versus ARMCX2_T241 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
