LRP12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,740 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAR1, CAB39P1, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with LRP12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP12-to-partner and partner-to-LRP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAR1 grouped by LRP12-low versus LRP12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
