LRP12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 264 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAD2L1, PPP1CC, and GML. Each is linked with LRP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP12-to-partner and partner-to-LRP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAD2L1 grouped by LRP12-low versus LRP12-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
