LRP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,181 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCOR2_S63, AP1G2, and STRN3. Each is linked with LRP10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP10-to-partner and partner-to-LRP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
