Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,105 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are APH1B, MYEF2, and AGO3. Each is linked with LRP10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP10-to-partner and partner-to-LRP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
