LRMDA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRMDA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,275 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRMDA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPD2, NCL_S67, and PES1. Each is linked with LRMDA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRMDA-to-partner and partner-to-LRMDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRMDA versus NCAPD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRMDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRMDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
