LRMDA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRMDA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,900 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRMDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RENBP, MS4A6A, and LY86. Each is linked with LRMDA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRMDA-to-partner and partner-to-LRMDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRMDA versus RENBP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRMDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRMDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
