LRMDA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRMDA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 347 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRMDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P31, IMMP1L, and CENPH. Each is linked with LRMDA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRMDA-to-partner and partner-to-LRMDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P31 grouped by LRMDA-low versus LRMDA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRMDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRMDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
