Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRMDA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRMDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and ATM. Each is linked with LRMDA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRMDA-to-partner and partner-to-LRMDA results are reported.
