Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRMDA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,125 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRMDA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein folding, G1 to G0 transition involved in cell differentiation, and Endosome transport via multivesicular body sorting pathway. Each is linked with LRMDA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRMDA-to-partner and partner-to-LRMDA results are reported.
