LRIT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRIT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,073 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSTD1, DDAH1, and EIF5B_S1168. Each is linked with LRIT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIT3-to-partner and partner-to-LRIT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRIT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRIT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
