LRIT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRIT2 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KU-60019, LIMK1 inhibitor BMS4, and RU-SKI 43. Each is linked with LRIT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIT2-to-partner and partner-to-LRIT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
