Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,477 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DFFB, TRMU, and KIF2C. Each is linked with LRIT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIT1-to-partner and partner-to-LRIT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DFFB grouped by LRIT1-low versus LRIT1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
