LRIT1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, FASN, and GAPDH. Each is linked with LRIT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIT1-to-partner and partner-to-LRIT1 results are reported.
