LRIT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRIT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 358 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH9, DDX54, and ATG9A. Each is linked with LRIT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIT1-to-partner and partner-to-LRIT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH9 grouped by LRIT1-low versus LRIT1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
