LRIG3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRIG3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,180 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAPN13, TRAV16, and TRIM36-IT1. Each is linked with LRIG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIG3-to-partner and partner-to-LRIG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRIG3 versus CAPN13 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRIG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRIG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
