Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRIG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,172 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIG3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Otolith morphogenesis, Otolith development, and ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with LRIG3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIG3-to-partner and partner-to-LRIG3 results are reported.
