Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRIG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 98 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSCAM, OR6C70, and MINAR2. Each is linked with LRIG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIG3-to-partner and partner-to-LRIG3 results are reported.
