LRIG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRIG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,077 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMC5, AGAP6, and ATXN1L. Each is linked with LRIG2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIG2-to-partner and partner-to-LRIG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRIG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRIG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
