LRGUK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRGUK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,813 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRGUK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR35, IFT22, and IFT88. Each is linked with LRGUK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRGUK-to-partner and partner-to-LRGUK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRGUK versus WDR35 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRGUK→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRGUK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
