Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRGUK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,340 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRGUK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB6, NPLP1, and CENPM. Each is linked with LRGUK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRGUK-to-partner and partner-to-LRGUK results are reported.
