Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRGUK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRGUK-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with LRGUK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRGUK-to-partner and partner-to-LRGUK results are reported.
