Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRGUK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,172 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRGUK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with LRGUK in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRGUK-to-partner and partner-to-LRGUK results are reported.
