LRGUK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRGUK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 918 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRGUK-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, ANKRD54, and EIF3L. Each is linked with LRGUK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRGUK-to-partner and partner-to-LRGUK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GCAT grouped by LRGUK-low versus LRGUK-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRGUK→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRGUK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
