Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRG1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRG1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LRG1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRG1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where LRG1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
