LRG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,478 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLINT1, MUC1, and PIGR. Each is linked with LRG1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRG1-to-partner and partner-to-LRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRG1 versus CLINT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
