LRG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 403 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCP2D1, RNU6-709P, and LARP7P1. Each is linked with LRG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRG1-to-partner and partner-to-LRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCP2D1 grouped by LRG1-low versus LRG1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
