Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRFN5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,131 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRFN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SNRPD3, and PRODH. Each is linked with LRFN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN5-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRFN5 versus YPEL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
