LRFN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRFN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,615 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPAT, RAB28P4, and EME1. Each is linked with LRFN5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN5-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPAT grouped by LRFN5-low versus LRFN5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
