LRFN5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRFN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,227 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAP1, PKIA, and PURG. Each is linked with LRFN5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN5-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRFN5 versus TAP1 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
