The most reproducible LRFN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNMT1_S714, LIN54_S635, and NCAPG_S674. Each is linked with LRFN4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN4-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN4 results are reported.
