Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRFN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 244 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRFN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, BTN2A1, and STC2. Each is linked with LRFN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN4-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRFN4 versus MTHFD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
