LRFN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRFN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 420 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, KATNBL1P4, and RN7SL147P. Each is linked with LRFN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN4-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by LRFN4-low versus LRFN4-high in KIRP.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
