LRFN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRFN4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, Annexin-1, and ATM. Each is linked with LRFN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN4-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab25 grouped by LRFN4-low versus LRFN4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
