Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRFN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,540 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein depolymerization, Metaphase/anaphase transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with LRFN4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN4-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN4 results are reported.
