LRFN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRFN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP12, GGTLC2, and OR51D1. Each is linked with LRFN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN4-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FABP12 grouped by LRFN4-low versus LRFN4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
