LRFN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRFN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,450 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPIN1, KANK2, and CLEC3B. Each is linked with LRFN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN3-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRFN3 versus SPIN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
