LRFN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRFN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,314 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPTEP1, ZNF330, and CRYAB. Each is linked with LRFN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN3-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRFN3 versus TPTEP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
