LRFN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRFN3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, ATM, and ER-alpha_pS118. Each is linked with LRFN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN3-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by LRFN3-low versus LRFN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
