Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRFN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, IL7, and SNX14. Each is linked with LRFN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN3-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN3 results are reported.
