LRFN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRFN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,795 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSN, ARFGEF3, and S100A11. Each is linked with LRFN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN2-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRFN2 versus MSN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
