Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRFN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,673 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRFN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB1, SLC52A3, and RGCC. Each is linked with LRFN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN1-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRFN1 versus TUBB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
