Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRFN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 475 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3GL2, PIGL, and BCAS2. Each is linked with LRFN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN1-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN1 results are reported.
