LRCH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRCH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,886 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRCH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P24, RNA5SP147, and MIR548A3. Each is linked with LRCH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH3-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRCH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRCH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
