Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRCH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,617 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRCH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, PHLDB1, and QKI. Each is linked with LRCH2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH2-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRCH2 versus ZYX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
