Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRCH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,876 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX, NAP1L3, and CMAHP. Each is linked with LRCH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH2-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRCH2 versus SRPX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
