Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRCH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,562 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1127P, RNA5SP419, and RNA5SP113. Each is linked with LRCH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH2-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1127P grouped by LRCH2-low versus LRCH2-high in CESC.
