Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRBA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRBA data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LRBA Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRBA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and SARC are the cancer types where LRBA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
