LRBA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRBA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,992 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCOA6, C6orf89, and TTC37. Each is linked with LRBA in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRBA-to-partner and partner-to-LRBA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
