Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRBA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,215 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ING2, TIMM44, and TEDC2. Each is linked with LRBA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRBA-to-partner and partner-to-LRBA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
